1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of switzerlandwebdesign.ch and all services provided by Switzerland Web Design, operated by Infodots Services LLP. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services & Package
Our CHF 1,999 package includes:
- Up to 10-page custom website
- Full content writing & logo design
- Mobile-first responsive design
- Free domain & hosting (1 year)
- Business email (1 year)
- SEO optimization & GDPR compliance
- 1 year free maintenance
3. Payment & Refund Policy
3.1 Payment Terms
- 100% upfront payment is required via Stripe to book your project slot
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Stripe
- Payment confirms your project slot and work begins immediately
- All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF)
3.2 Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: No Refunds Policy
- No refunds are provided once payment is made and project slot is booked
- No refunds once work has commenced on your project
- Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments are final
- By making payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy
3.3 Project Slot Booking
Your payment secures a dedicated project slot in our schedule. We maintain limited slots to ensure quality. Once booked, your slot cannot be transferred or refunded.
4. Project Process
4.1 Timeline
Standard delivery is 10-20 business days from project start. Timeline depends on client responsiveness in providing content and approvals.
4.2 Revisions
Package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4.3 Client Responsibilities
- Provide necessary content, images, and information promptly
- Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
- Ensure you have rights to any content provided
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive 100% ownership of the website code, design files, and custom content. Third-party licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Hosting & Maintenance
First year hosting and maintenance included. After year one, optional maintenance from CHF 79/month. No obligation to continue — you own everything and can host elsewhere.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
We warrant professional service delivery. We fix bugs during the first year at no cost. We do not guarantee specific business results or search rankings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Zurich courts.
